A doula is a trained professional who provides physical, mental, emotional and information support for a mother before, during and shortly after birth. The continuous support offered by a doula helps moms achieve the healthiest and most supported birthing experience possible.

What is Gilligan's Guide?

Gilligan’s Guide is an algorithm (a graphic chart that is easy to follow) which assists your body to rotate your unborn infant into the optimal or best position for birth. This is referred to as “Maternal Positioning for Optimal Fetal Positioning”. It is safe, simple and efficient for everyone to use - VBAC, first births, hypertension... this technique is used to help you deliver safely. Learn more here.
